¢ñ. The company pushes out a series of chrome-free, trivalent chrome plating without hexavalent chrome in accordance with EU demands to cooperate with environmental protection. Salt mist test can reach 48-100 hours according to relevant demands.
¡¡ ¢ò. JIF chrome-free coat, a, superior metal surface painting technique with acid resistance, alkali resistance and salt spray resistance against current changeable climate and frequent acid rain, has been developed to replace dacro.
It conforms to the order of EU RoHS about prohibition of use of lead, Hg, cadmium, hexavalent chrome and other harmful substances. According to the test, dipping in 10% sulphuric acid for 180 minutes will cause no changes for the coating; dipping in 20% sodalye under 40¡æ¡À1¡æ can maintain no corrosion on the coating for 60 minutes; Salt spray test can maintain no corrosion for 300-1000 hours; it applies to different kinds of metal base materials with shaving resistance and overcoatability. It can satisfy high processing precision with painting thickness of 8-15¦Ì. Currently, silvery white, silvery grey and black can be chose and the color can also be adjusted according to the demands.
